It’s important to maintain life safety and security systems. They’ve been purchased to carry out important roles in protecting people and property and in order to keep them working in first class condition, they need inspecting and testing.
We’ve been providing maintenance and support services both in normal working hours and outside of these for over 25 years. You can call us 24 a hours day every day of the year for support if you are a contract customer. If you are not a contract customer, we may still be able to help you but we can’t guarantee it. When a customer joins us their details together with all their equipment are available to our engineers who are on call. We know what spare parts are likely and we will have a risk assessment for the site. So if out of hours cover is important to you, make sure its part of your support contract, its standard with us.
We offer standard support contracts with a 4 hour response, SLAs and custom contracts to suit specific client or site requirements. We currently operate a number of 2 hour response agreements and some 48 hour, to offshore & overseas locations.

Legislation & applicable standards
All of these services need people to deliver them. There is much legislation covering the subject of employment but the most important part of this is the health, safety & welfare of our staff (& anybody affected by what we do).
